Santiago Culinary tour to El Galeon

In the morning, a transfer will pick us up at our hotel in Santiago to take us to the Central Market. This historical building boasts an enormous variety of shops and restaurants, all of them offer different and delicious sea products, meat, fruit, vegetables, bread, and more. At the front of the building, an assistant chef will be waiting for us to introduce us to the activity that is about to take place. We will visit the stores in the Central Market to choose the ingredients that will be used to prepare a full menu. Once we have all we need, we will head toward the restaurant El Galeon and begin the preparation of our lunch in a very interactive kitchen. After enjoying our specially made, delicious lunch, we will return to our hotel.
