Born in 1973 in the city of Rennes, French Britain. At 14 he started as a pre-apprentice in a bakery near his home, later, being a young teenager, he would start her way down the gastronomy, working 2 years in the restaurant “The Cotriade” in Rennes. Then in the restaurant “La Griotte a Pacé” gets her second chef practice.
Interested in continuing to acquire knowledge in the cooking area, travels and works at “Canarias Islands” with his best friend; In Ireland joins the “Ghan House” restaurant team in the city of Carlingford, and after a long learning traveling and living in different countries, manages to master techniques of sauces, cold and hot plates, and fine bakery.
In 1998 visits Chile for the first time, and finally in 2005 he based on Puerto Natales, surprised by it beautiful landscapes, the warmth of its inhabitants and the local traditions, motivated him to put some roots in this place.
Today, at the intimacy of his home located out of the city, he offers a private dinner, in where a group gets together to eat and enjoy the original recipes that combine flavours from the entire world, with fresh and organic products, always accompanied by a sweet ending.
