Open-air “gourmet” gastronomic proposals can now be enjoyed in Península Valdés. The proposal consists of cooking in wild places, outdoors, surrounded by the purest nature. The area of action covers the entire Peninsula Valdés Region, and can be offered within the traditional circuits. The locations are carefully chosen based on various factors, such as weather conditions, group distances and times, and what more importantly, looking for little or no presence of people outside the group. The menus are prepared using local products and selecting the best raw materials. The entire service is in the hands of professional cooks and suitable assistants, and the number of people dedicated to providing it will depend on the number of diners.

Reception: Cocktail with Patagonian liquors, orange and thyme, with a snack of ambres and Patagonian cheeses.
Starter: Grilled king prawns with carrot and olive oil emulsion.
Main: Lamb of 6 hours of cooking with sautéed potatoes and greens with dressings.
Dessert: Chocolate brownie with red fruit and mint sauce.
Drinks: It depends on the option chosen.
