All about the BIG ICE (TREKKING ON THE PERITO MORENO GLACIER) – FULL DAY.

In the early moring, you will begin this experience in Bajo Las Sombras Pier where you are going to sail for 10 minutes so you can cross the Brazo Rico and disimbark west shore,
The trekking begins in the south part of the Perito Moreno Glacier. After an hour you will reach and amazing lookout point where you can access to the ice.
Once on the Glacier and wearing the crampons, you will be amazed with blue lagoons, deep cracks, huge sinkholes, magical caves, and the unique feeling of being at the center of the glacier. During the excurtion, the guides will help you to know better the ice and its enviorment.
For lunch, we recommend you to take a lunch box. After lunch and before coming back, you will navegate near the shouth wall of the Pertio Moreno Glacier. Return to El Calafate. 

Duration: 12 hours.

-Regular tour departs available everyday from September 15 to April 30, pick up time around 07.00 am.
-Private tour departure schedule is coordinated previously with the passenger depending on their availability.

Restrictions: Due to the degree of effort and difficulty that this excursion presents, is NOT allowed for; pregnant women, people with overweight, some type of disability, or health problems. Age: This walk is aimed at fit people between 18 and 50 years.
