MALBEC WINE EXPERIENCE – PRIVATE – half-day

We propose a journey through the different styles of premium malbec from our cellar and explore the secrets of the iconic variety of our country (lines of wines: Don Nicanor, Cadus and Ruca Malen). During the tasting we will learn the different winemaking methods, the differential characteristics of the terroirs of Mendoza and the typicality of each style of malbec. We will pairing the tasting with a menu of finger foods with local flavors: smoked sausages with criolla sauce, the traditional empanadas Argentinas (meat, humita, chicken,ham andcheese), andto finishtypical sweets with cheese. Duration: between 2 and 3 hours. -Only Private tour. Departures every day schedule is coordinated previously with the passenger depending on their availability.
