Overview

The tour begins going to the Route of Settlers passing by Alerce village taking the sea side of Puerto Montt city, from here we take the Austral Road, when we pass Chamiza village we are close to get to Alerce Andino National Park. This is a beautiful tour, where you can admire the mountains range crossing trough the fields worked by the german first settlers descendents until we get to Alerce Andino National Park; located at the Reloncaví Fjords, a mountain zone at the south side of Chapo Lake. The Park has a surface of 39.255 hectares; here is altogether a great variety of vegetation, an ever green forest of trees like, Mañío, Coigue, Lenga, Canelo, Tepa and the Native Forest of Alerce. Among the abundant fauna here lives the Chilean Deer, Puma and the Pudú, also lives birds such as the black woodpecker, the Peuco and King Fisher. This is a magical tour in an amazing forest, a place for nature and trekking lovers. For Lunch, a box lunch will be served at the park by the tour guide coordination. Recommendations: Comfortable clothes and shoes, hat, sunblock, sunglasses and if it rains a water resistant jacket. Duration: 8 hours. -Regular tour departs everyday, from September to April. -Private tour departure schedule is coordinated previously with the passenger depending on their availability.
