Itinerary

  1. Day 1

    BUENOS AIRES

    Arrival in Buenos Aires, welcome at the airport and private transfer from Ezeiza International Airport to the hotel with English Speaking guide. Overnight in Buenos Aires, standard room.
  2. Day 2

    BUENOS AIRES – HD CITY TOUR

    After breakfast, Half Day Buenos Aires City Tour (SIB) We will visit Buenos Aires’ most traditional and picturesque points. Buenos Aires is a city that combines the European style with the Latin American spirit. In this tour, you will discover its characteristics, its history, its architecture, its culture and its best stories. We will visit the center of the city, San Telmo, La Boca, Puerto Madero and Palermo, with stops in Plaza de Mayo, Caminito and La Recoleta. Afternoon return to the hotel. Overnight in Buenos Aires, standard room. (B)
  3. Day 3

    BUENOS AIRES – TANGO DINNER SHOW

    Breakfast. Day at your leisure in Buenos Aires. In the evening, Tango Dinner- Show (SIB). Before Dinner you will take the opportunity to learn some about this beutiful dancing in a Tango Lesson. International cuisine, regional dishes, desserts and a wide selection of Argentine wines will be offered to accompany the Tango show, where guests will experience the sensual dance of Tango, which reveals the spirit of Buenos Aires’ beginnings. All this held in a romantic and intimate atmosphere. Transfers Hotel / Restaraurant/ Hotel are included. Duration: 4 hours Overnight in Buenos Aires, standard room. (B, D)
  4. Day 4

    BUENOS AIRES - USHUAIA

    Breakfast. Private transfer to the airport to take your flight (without guide). Flight to Ushuaia (it is not included). Arrival in Ushuaia and regular transfer from Airport to the hotel with English Speaking Guide. In the afternoon, set sail from the Tourist Pier in Ushuaia through Bridges Island and the archipelago towards the Eclaireus Lighthouse by the rocky outcroppings in the middle of Beagle Channel that accompany the mountain chains that surround this Colonies of imperial cormorants, magellanic penguins, South American gulls - birds worthy of observation be it for their size, flight level or colors: albatross, petrels, skuas, cauquenes an excellent opportunity to view mammals and birds without disturbing them. Departs daily at 9:00am and 15:30pm Overnight in Ushuaia, standard room. (B)
  5. Day 5

    USHUAIA – FD TREKKING & CANAOS AT TIERRA DEL FUEGO NATIONAL PARK

    9:00am Arrival to the National Park 9:30am Walk along the Coastal Path -3 hours- or different short walks, according to the choice of the passenger. 12:30 Arrival to Lake Roca and Lunch. 13:45 Technical talk and preparation for climbing the canoes 15:15 Lapataia Bay. 15:45 Return to Ushuaia. 16:30 Arrival in Ushuaia. Lunch: Chopped, Portuguese chicken (tomato, onion and carrot sauce) with rice and vegetables. Drinks included: mineral water, wines and soft drinks. Vegetarians: advice in advance. Overnight in Ushuaia, standard room. (B,L)
  6. Day 6

    USHUAIA – LAKES ESCONDIDO AND FAGNANO (CONVENTIONAL)

    This trip takes the same route as that to Lake Escondido and leaving the hosteria, returning to connect with National Route 3 to initiate the trip to the sawmills where the lengas trees form a deep woods. A few kilometers down the way, the tour detours to permit a unique approach to Lake Fagnano. In the return, passengers take the same National Route 3 making a rest stop in one of the recreation centers in the valley to enjoy relaxing activities. Overnight in Ushuaia, standard room. (B)
  7. Day 7

    USHUAIA – EL CALAFATE

    Breakfast. Regular transfer to the airport to take your direct flight to El Calafate. Flight to El Calafate (it is not included). Arrival in El Calafate and regular transfer from the Airport to the hotel with English Speaking Guide. Overnight in El Calafate, standard room. (B)
  8. Day 8

    EL CALAFATE: FD PERITO MORENO GLACIER

    This park has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The famous Perito Moreno Glacier is located in the extreme southwest of Lago Argentino 80 kilometers from El Calafate. It has become one of the greater natural spectacles of South America. From time to time walls of ice fall from the 60 meter tall face into the waters of Brazo Rico or to the Canal de los Témpanos, navigating the channel to the principal body of the lake. This cycle will take 4 to 6 years ending with the lake divided in two. The Brazo Rico remains retained and elevates approximately 35 meters above its current level. The water slowly makes a tunnel in the glacier until the pressure makes it collapse. This spectacle is indescribable. The waters precipitate in gigantic waves only to start the process all over again. Bring or purchase a box lunch or drink. Navigation and trekking tours are available year round to purchase on site. State of paths: completely gravel. Regular tour departs at 9:00am, returns at 5:00pm. Duration: 08 hours. Entrance fee is not included. OPTIONAL MINITREKKING AT THE PERITO MORENO NATIONAL PARK.   9. Day 9

    EL CALAFATE: FD ESTANCIA CRISTINA DISCOVERY NAVIGATION

    Today we will enjoy of a navigation to Upsala Glacier + Estancia Cristina +4x4 Upsala Viewpoint + Museum. Regular transfer to the port without guide. Boarding and departure at port Punta Bandera (NPC) 08.15 hours in our modern and comfortable boat. Sailing among icebergs and stunning scenery overlooking the western front of the Upsala glacier and then through Cristina Canal to the point of disembark at the Estancia. Arrival Estancia Cristina 11:30 hs. Stay at the Estancia for 6 hours. Lunch is included. Guided visit to the Costumbrista museum (old shearing shed). Ascent in all-terrain vehicles, travelling 9.5 km through mountainous roads. Arrival to the Continental ice shelter. 30 minute walk. Visit the oriental front of Upsala Glacier. Lake Guillermo, Southern Patagonian Ice and Andes. Return to the farm house of the Estancia and board at 17:30 hs. Arrival to Puerto Banderas at 19:00 hs approximately. Lunch is included. Entrance is not included. Transfer to the hotel. NOTE: If the maximum number of passengers is exceeded, visitors will be divided in turns by the tour coordinator of the Estancia.   10. Day 10

    EL CAFALATE – FD TORRES DEL PAINE NATIONAL PARK

    Breakfast. Transfer to the bus station to pick up your bus from El Calafate to Puerto Natales. Arrival on Puerto Natales at 2pm. Rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight in Puerto Natales, standard room. (B)
  11. Day 11

    TORRES DEL PAINE – ROUND TRIP HIKE TO LAS TORRES LOOKOUT POINT

    At 7:30 we pick you up at your lodging in Puerto Natales. Our transfer takes us along an unpaved road heading to Torres Del Paine. When entering the Park, we will have excellent picture taking opportunities of guanacos (llama family) and Grey foxes, driving alongside lagoons frequented by Chilean flamencos and black-necked swans. We will start our first day trekking to the base of the Towers, following the Ascencio River to enter the Ascencio Valley. Our walk will be uphill for one hour before stopping to observe the first glimpses of the valley surrounded by unbelievable beech forests (Nothofagus family), glaciers and waterfalls. We’ll continue through the valley for another hour and a half before ascending a huge terminal moraine to a lookout (900 M), excellent for picture taking. This amazing view will be accompanied by lunch to add to the enjoyment. After being awed by the towers we’ll start our descent, following the same path back to the transfer. We will drive through the main areas of the park all the way to the Serrano River where we will stay in our Chile Nativo camp, enjoying a gourmet dinner. (02 hours by transfer, 7-8 hours round-trip hiking, 18 KM, 1.5 hour by private transfer) Overnight in Torres del Paine, camp. (BL,D)
  12. Day 12

    TORRES DEL PAINE – LAKE PEHOE – ROUND TRIP HIKE TO FRENCH VALLEY

    We will take a short transfer to the Pehoe pier and take a catamaran across the Pehoe Lake. From here we commence our out and back trek to the French Valley. We will start going around the southwest side of Paine Grande, the highest summit in the Park, through native forests of fire bush and evergreen beech (Nothofagus Bethuloides), up to the hanging bridge over the French River to observe the first glimpses of the hanging glacier. Then we will ascend (300m) for one hour amidst a surreal Japanese garden landscape, crossing beech forests, to reach a viewpoint, gifting us with magnificent panoramic views, where we enjoy a good lunch. Our way back will be through the same track, spending our second night in the camp. (30 minutes by private transfer, 35 minutes by catamaran, 6-7 hours hiking, 17 KM) Overnight in Torres del Paine, camp. (B,BL,D)
  13. Day 13

    TORRES DEL PAINE – HIKE TO PINGO VALLEY – GLACIER GREY NAVIGATION

    Early in the morning we start our day by going to the Pingo Valley for a walk to the “Cascada los Salmones” where we’ll stop to take in the view before returning back along the same trail, with a chance to find the elusive Huemul (Andean Deer). We enjoy a picnic lunch at the shore of the Pingo River and in the afternoon we start our adventure to the Glacier Grey by boat. In order to get to the boat we will walk through a mature beech forest where we might observe woodpeckers. We will navigate about one hour through icebergs of different tones of blue up to the Grey glacier, where we will stay for a while in front of the glacier in the hope of seeing icebergs calve. Our return journey offers views of Paine Grande with its impressive ice mushrooms. We will take the private transfer back to Natales on a different road. (30 minutes by private transfer, 3 hours hike, 3 hours navigation, 1.5 hour by private transfer) Overnight in Puerto Natales, standard room. (B, BL)
  14. Day 14

    PUERTO NATALES – EL CALAFATE

    After breakfast, regular transfer from the hotel to the bus terminal without guide in Puerto Natales to take your regular bus to El Calafate. Bus to El Calafate (it is included) Bus departures only on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Departure: 07:45 am Arrival: 12:45 pm or departure: 14:30 pm Arrival: 19:30 pm Upon arrival, regular transfer from El Calafate terminal to the hotel (without guide). Rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight in El Calafate, standard room. (B)
  15. Day 15

    EL CALAFATE – IGUAZÚ (VIA BUENOS AIRES)

    After breakfast, regular transfer from the hotel to the El Calafate Airport with English Speaking Guide to take your flight to Iguazú (vía Buenos Aires). Flight to Iguazú (it is not included) Arrival in Puerto Iguazú, welcome at the airport and regular transfer to the hotel with English Speaking Guide. Rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight in Puerto Iguazú, standard room. (B)
  16. Day 16

    IGUAZÚ FALLS - BRASILIAN SIDE

    Breakfast. In the afternoon you will enjoy a Half Day Tour to Iguazú National Park Brasilian Side (SIB). From the Brazilian National Park, there are panoramic views of the falls which are almost 3 km long and 270 cascades. This tour takes a 1000 meters easy walk that lasts approximately 1 hr and starts from the Das Cataratas Hotel and finishes in the canyon of the Devil’s Throat. Entrance is not included. Overnight in Puerto Iguazú, standard room. (B)
  17. Day 17

    IGUAZÚ FALLS: ARGENTINEAN SIDE

    After breakfast transfer to Iguazú National Park to enjoy a Full Day Regular Tour to the Argentinean side of the falls with English speaking guide (SIB). We will visit the three main paths: the upper and lower paths as well as the Devil´s Throat. It will be possible to enjoy impressive views of the falls from different perspectives. UPPER WALK: A walk of 500 mts long and last about 45 minutes seeing the Two Sisters, Bosseti, Adam and Eve, Bernabe Mendez, Mbiguá and San Martín falls from the upper part. LOWER PATH: With a professional tourist guide you will walk around 1.300 mts of foot-path which last 1:30 hs. It’s a different view in which you will see the falls from the middle of them and you might get wet in case you want. GARGANTA DEL DIABLO (DEVIL’S THROAT): Before doing these two paths, we’ll aboard a little train, it will reach us, after drive 4 km, to Devils Throat Station surrounding the upper part of the Iguazu River , from here you’ll walk by a bridge (walkway) that leads to the balcony of Devil’s throat. The most spectacular view. OPTIONAL: Great Adventure Boat Ride (not included) Lunch is included at the National Park. Entrance is not included. Overnight in Puerto Iguazú, standard room. (B, L)
  18. Day 18

    IGUAZÚ FALLS- BUENOS AIRES

    After breakfast, regular transfer from the hotel to the airport with English Speaking guide in Puerto Iguazú to take the flight to Buenos Aires. Flight to Buenos Aires (it is not included) (B)
