Travel Program
Leisurely
Chile
The Wonders of Atacama with the Fiesta de La Tirana programme is designed for travellers to experience a unique adventure in northern Chile, combining archaeological heritage, traditional festivals, and the stunning landscapes of the driest desert in the world. Over five days, participants will visit the Atacama’s main “wonders”, from the oldest mummies in the world to monumental geoglyphs and life-filled oases, culminating in the region’s largest religious celebration: the Fiesta de La Tirana.
This experience brings together the best of the region’s cultural heritage: the Chinchorro mummies, Humberstone and its nitrate history, the Giant of Atacama, the oasis of Pica, the spirituality of La Tirana, and the Pintados Geoglyphs. All of this is accompanied by local hospitality, northern Chilean cuisine, and the magic of a festival that combines tradition, faith, and popular culture.
