For the gastronomy lovers, a participative day in regional cuisine. In the morning hours you visit the Mercado San Miguel, where you can find local products and spices, and various curiosities that will capture the attention of many. Based on a list according to the dish to be cooked, the best ones will be searched ingredients in a walk in contact with the local culture, the idiosyncrasy and the different uses of the products according to merchants. A cooking activity is developed, where they will be broadcast customs and anecdotes about the regional gastronomy while the dish is prepared advised by a Chef local, to finally conclude with the tasting of it.
