Overview
We will visit the ceremonial site of Tahai with three Ahus and restored statues, remains of boathouses, a boatramp and other features. Here we see the only statue with eyes re-inserted. In the nearby museum, we will have an overview over the Geology, Geography and the History of Rapa Nui and its people. At the end of the tour we will pass through the village of HANGA ROA, visiting the church and the artisan market.
