8am pick up at your hotel in Bariloche to start a full day tour to Villa La Angostura. Departure from the accommodation toward Villa La Angostura via national route 40 (approx 2 hours drive/80km depending on the stops along the way), skirting Lake Nahuel Huapi. The route offers one of the region’s most scenic stretches, crossing areas of Andean-Patagonian forest and the lake’s shores. By 10:00am arrival in Villa La Angostura and stop at Bandurrias Port where we will board a private yatch for a 3 hours navigation. The navigation allowes you to enjoy Lake Nahuel Huapi at a more relaxed pace and visit places such as Bahía Inalco, Brazo Última Esperanza, as well as another secluded or particularly scenic spot recommended by the captain. During the navigation, Inalco serves as one of the central points for historical interpretation. Formerly known as Puerto Baratta, the property corresponded to pastoral lot No. 8 and was acquired at the beginning of the 20th century by Primo Capraro and Federico Baratta, initially linked to logging activities. Later on, the estate had various owners and a particularly rich history linked to productive activity, private life, and Argentine political history. In 1955, for instance, businessman Jorge Antonio was staying there, and there are documentary testimonies of visits by members of the Eva Perón Foundation to the estate during that period. During the navigation we will offer you a curated “picada” (cold cuts and cheese board) paired with local beer. Remark: The sailing is to spot Inalco House, notice that is not possible to dock or get down the ship, the view of the house is from the ship without descending. During the navigation, the boat includes snacks with a selection of cheeses and cold cuts, as well as beverages. At 13:00pm approximately return to Bandurrias port and disembarkation and drive to Bahía Manzano for lunch, around 2:00 PM. It would be a slightly late lunch, but at a beautiful location with views over the lake. Lunch will be at Muelle Bistró, in Bahía Manzano. The proposed lunch includes a three-course menu: Entrances: Trout, meat or vegetable empanada. Main course: Pork tenderloin with red berries, sweet potato purée, blue cheese and dark chocolate; Argentine sirloin steak filled with spring onion, bacon and mozzarella, with a Malbec reduction, potato wedges and vegetable sponge or Stuffed potato with adzuki beans, spring onion, corn and cream cheese, gratinated and served with green leaves (vegetarian option). Dessert: Apple financier with cider semifreddo. Beverage: non-alcoholic drink. Finally around 16:00pm we will begin the return to Bariloche city via the National Route 40. At 17:30/18:00pm drop off at your hotel in Bariloche city.
