WANDA MINES – half-day – PRIVATE

It follows a route of 40 km from the city of Puerto Iguazú to the City of Colonia Wanda, on National Route No. 12. The deposit of the precious stone mines is a unique attraction, with the particularity of being open to the sky on the Paraná River, with samples of agates, quartz, rock crystal, amethyst and topaz. It accompanies the landscape, covered with extensive plantations of pines, yerba mate and tea, among others, pillars of the regional economy. Wanda’s open-cut gemstone dazzles every visitor. You can also enjoy watching the jewelry and other objects available for sale as souvenirs. Duration: approx. 4 hours -Only private tour available.
